What you can do from here

  • Save the ad to your swipe file and add it to a board.
  • Run an AI breakdown to get an explanation of the hook, angle, audience and offer, with ideas you can use. Each breakdown uses one AI generation from your daily allowance.
  • View it in the Meta Ad Library to check the original entry.
  • Open the landing page to see the offer the ad points to.

How to read an ad

  1. Days running is one of the most useful signals. Advertisers usually stop ads that are not working, so a long-running active ad is worth a closer look.
  2. Countries shows how widely a brand has rolled the ad out. An ad in many countries may be one the brand is scaling.
  3. Launch date helps you spot recent tests.
  4. Primary text and headline show the hook and the angle. Compare them across a brand's ads to see what it keeps testing.

When there is no preview

Media is fetched on demand when you open an ad. Some older ads have no preview available, but the text, dates and other details are still shown.

Ad view limits

Opening an ad counts as an ad view. The Free plan includes 60 ad views per day and Starter includes 1,000. Pro and Agency are unlimited. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
