PixelSpyer

We put the ads your market runs under the lens

PixelSpyer turns the public record of Facebook and Instagram advertising into a research tool for the people who make ads: ecommerce brands, dropshippers, agencies, media buyers and creative strategists.

Why we built it

Ad libraries were created for transparency, so the public can see who is advertising and what they are saying. That same record is the best market research an ecommerce team could ask for: thousands of brands running experiments with their own budgets, in public.

The problem is that transparency tools are not research tools. You cannot sort by how long an ad has been running, follow a competitor, save the good ones or search across every advertiser at once. We built PixelSpyer to close that gap, so you can spend less time digging and more time making better ads.

What the data is

A searchable index of real ads, built entirely from public information.

Where coverage is deepest

Coverage is deepest for ads delivered in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Under the EU Digital Services Act, large platforms must keep a public repository of every ad they show in the EU, with dates, targeting summaries and reach estimates. Many of those advertisers sell worldwide, so the library is useful well beyond Europe.

How it is collected

The source is public

Every ad comes from the Meta Ad Library, the public archive Meta publishes of ads running across Facebook, Instagram and its other placements. Anyone can search it for free.

What we keep

The ad creative and text, the advertiser's page name, launch and end dates, platforms, countries, call to action, landing page and, for ads delivered in the EU, the reach estimates Meta publishes.

What we add

Niche labels, days running, search across advertisers, sorting, saved searches, alerts and AI analysis, so the same public record becomes something you can research with.

What we never touch

We do not access anyone's ad account, we do not collect data about the people who saw an ad, and we do not present guesses about spend or sales as facts.

PixelSpyer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta. Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. The library is a regularly refreshed snapshot rather than a live feed, and some older ads may not have a media preview. If you are an advertiser or rights holder and want an ad reviewed, use the data removal request form.

How we work

The principles behind the product decisions we make.

Learn from ads, do not copy them

We build for research: patterns, angles and formats. Creatives and copy belong to their advertisers, and our tools are designed to help you make your own.

Honest numbers only

If Meta does not publish a figure, we do not invent one. Longevity and reach are signals, and we say so.

Privacy by default

We collect what we need to run your account and nothing more. No selling data, no dark patterns in billing.

Fair, simple pricing

A useful free plan, clear limits, cancel anytime, and a money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Respond to the people in the data

Advertisers and rights holders can ask us to review or remove an ad, and we take those requests seriously.
