We want you to pay for PixelSpyer because it earns its place in your workflow. This policy explains when you can get your money back, how cancellations work and how to ask for a refund.

7-day money-back guarantee

If PixelSpyer is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment of a plan. This applies to monthly and yearly billing, whichever you chose for that first payment.

  • The 7 days start from the date and time of the payment shown on your receipt.
  • The guarantee covers the first payment of a plan, not later renewals.
  • Once the refund is processed, your account returns to the free plan.

We may decline a guarantee request where there are signs of abuse, for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, refund requests across several accounts, or heavy use such as bulk exports during the period.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app.

  • You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
  • After the paid period ends, your account moves to the free plan. Your saved content is kept, though anything above the free plan's limits may become read-only or paused.

Renewals

Renewal payments, whether monthly or yearly, are not refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us as soon as possible. We look at each case individually.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the consumer law of the country where you live, such as a right of withdrawal for digital services in the EU or UK. Where you ask us to start providing a paid plan immediately, the law may limit or end that right once the service has begun or been provided. Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that you have under mandatory law.

Plan changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. Depending on the payment provider, the price difference for the rest of the period is charged or prorated at the time of upgrade.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and the difference is not refunded.

Codes, promotions and lifetime deals

Plans activated with a redeem code are not refundable by PixelSpyer. If you bought a code or deal from a third-party marketplace, refunds are handled under that seller's terms.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or use the contact form with the topic "Billing".
  2. Tell us the date of the payment and, if you like, why PixelSpyer was not the right fit. Your feedback helps, but it is not a condition of the refund.
  3. We confirm by email once the refund is issued.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay. Banks and providers usually take between 5 and 10 business days to show the refund, sometimes longer.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster, and disputes can lead to the account being suspended while they are investigated.
