Cancelling your subscription

Cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free.

Last updated Oct 27, 2026

You can cancel your paid plan at any time. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancel your plan

  1. Go to /app/billing.
  2. Choose to cancel your subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your subscription does not renew.

What happens to your data

Your saved data stays in your account when you move to Free. Free has lower limits, though, so anything above them may become read-only or paused.

Item Free limit
Saved ads 25
Boards 2
Tracked brands 2
Tracked stores 1
Saved searches 1

Paid features such as advanced filters, alerts, downloads, CSV exports, public board links and API access are not available on Free.

Before you cancel

  • Export what you need. CSV exports and downloads are paid features, so export anything you want to keep while your plan is still active.
  • Consider a lower plan. If you only need fewer features, moving to Starter may suit you better than cancelling.
  • Check your API integrations. If you are on Agency, anything that relies on the API will stop working once you leave the Agency plan.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future payments. It does not refund the current period on its own. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, you may be eligible for a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee. See Refunds and the 7-day money-back guarantee.

Cancelling is not deleting

Cancelling keeps your account on the Free plan. If you want to remove your account and data completely, cancel your subscription first and then follow Deleting your account.
