Deleting your account

Permanently delete your PixelSpyer account and its data from account settings, after cancelling any active subscription.

Last updated Oct 27, 2026

You can delete your PixelSpyer account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so please read this article before you start.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and its data, including:

  • Saved ads in your swipe file
  • Boards
  • Tracked brands
  • Saved searches

It does not remove ads from the PixelSpyer library itself, because those come from the public Meta Ad Library. If you are an advertiser who wants an ad hidden, see Requesting data removal for an ad.

Before you delete

  1. Export anything you want to keep. On paid plans you can export ads as CSV and download creatives. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  2. Cancel your subscription. Go to /app/billing and cancel any paid plan first, so you are not charged again. See Cancelling your subscription.

Delete your account

  1. Go to /app/settings.
  2. Find the option to delete your account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot access your account, or you would rather ask us, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

Not sure yet

If you only want a break, you do not need to delete anything. Cancel your plan and your account moves to the Free plan at the end of your paid period, with your saved data still in place. Anything above the Free limits may become read-only or paused.
