Redeeming a code

Redeem codes give you a PixelSpyer plan. You might receive one through a promotion or from one of our partners.

What a code gives you

Each code grants a plan for either:

• A set period, or
• Lifetime, so the plan does not expire.

Which plan you get, and for how long, depends on the code. Check the details of the promotion or partner offer that gave you the code.

Redeem your code

1. Sign in to PixelSpyer, or create an account if you do not have one yet.
2. Go to /app/billing.
3. Enter your code where it asks for a redeem code.
4. Confirm. Your plan updates once the code is accepted.

If your code does not work

• Check for typos. Copy and paste the code rather than typing it, and remove any extra spaces.
• Check the offer. Look for an expiry date or other conditions in the promotion or partner offer.
• Check the account. Make sure you are signed in to the account you want the plan on.
• Contact us. If it still does not work, get in touch through /contact or at support@pixelspyer.com. Include the code and the email address on your account.

If you already pay for a plan

If you have an active paid subscription and are not sure how a code will work alongside it, contact support before you redeem it. We can explain what will happen to your current plan and billing.

After you redeem

Your new plan's limits and features apply to your account. You can see your current plan at any time on /app/billing, and compare what each plan includes in Plans and limits.
