Sharing public board links
On Pro and Agency you can share a read-only link to a board with clients or teammates, and turn it off at any time.

Public board links let you share a board with people who do not have a PixelSpyer account, such as clients, freelancers or colleagues. Public links are available on the Pro and Agency plans.
How public links work
- The link is read-only. People who open it can view the board but cannot change it.
- Anyone with the link can view the board, so share it only with people you trust.
- You can turn the link off at any time. Once it is off, the link no longer shows the board.
Share a board
- Open your swipe file at /app/swipe-file and go to the board you want to share.
- Open the menu on the board and turn on public sharing.
- Copy the link and send it to the people you want to share it with.
Stop sharing a board
- Open the board.
- Open the menu on the board and turn public sharing off.
You can turn sharing back on later if you need to.
Before you share
- Check the name and description. People viewing the link may see them, so make sure they make sense to the reader.
- Keep internal ads out. If a board holds ads that are only for your team, move them to a separate board first.
- Keep client work separate. Use one board per client, so each client sees only their own research.
Which plans include public links
| Plan | Public board links |
|---|---|
| Free | No |
| Starter | No |
| Pro | Yes |
| Agency | Yes |
If you are on Free or Starter, you can upgrade from /app/billing or /pricing. Public links are a Pro and Agency feature, so keep this in mind if you change plan later.
Ideas for shared boards
- A research board for a client pitch or kickoff call
- A mood board for a designer or video editor
- A board of long-running competitor ads to support a test plan
