Organising ads into boards
Create boards with a name, description, emoji and colour to group saved ads by project, client, product or angle.
Last updated Oct 27, 2026
Boards are collections inside your swipe file. Use them to keep research for different projects, clients or creative ideas separate.
Create a board
- Open your swipe file at /app/swipe-file.
- Create a new board.
- Give it a name and, if you like, a description, an emoji and a colour.
- Save the board.
The name and description help you, and anyone you share the board with, understand what it is for. The emoji and colour make boards easy to tell apart at a glance.
Add ads to a board
- Open an ad.
- Save it and choose the board you want to add it to.
You can also add ads that are already in your swipe file to a board.
Edit or delete a board
Open the menu on the board to change its name, description, emoji or colour, or to delete it if you no longer need it.
Board limits
| Plan | Boards |
|---|---|
| Free | 2 |
| Starter | 15 |
| Pro | 100 |
| Agency | Unlimited |
Ways to organise
| Approach | Example boards |
|---|---|
| By client | One board per client account |
| By competitor | One board per brand you are watching |
| By creative type | UGC, founder story, before and after, product demo |
| By angle | Price, convenience, social proof, problem and solution |
| By stage | Ideas, briefed, in production, tested |
Pick one approach and use it consistently. The description is a good place to note the brief or the question the board answers.
Share a board
On Pro and Agency you can share a read-only public link to a board. See Sharing public board links.
