The basics still work.
The older I get, the more I think we’ve complicated health far beyond what it was ever supposed to be. We’ve become obsessed with optimization: 👉🏼 Sleep scores.👉🏼 Recovery scores.👉🏼 Glucose monitors.👉🏼 Supplements.👉🏼 Cold plunges.👉🏼 Morning routines. Yet many people are more stressed about their health than ever before. We’ve become so obsessed with optimizing life that we’ve forgotten to actually live it. I’m not against supplements or trackers or trying to improve yourself. I use some of those things too. The problem starts when we focus so much on the final 1% that we completely ignore the 99%. The basics still work: ✅Walk more ✅Lift weights ✅Eat mostly whole foods ✅Sleep well ✅Spend time with people you love ✅Get outside ✅Laugh more The goal is to arrive at the end of your life having actually lived it. Let's get you there.
